That's my family above. About the best shot we could muster for a Mother's Day photoshoot. That's me, Adam Lockwood, founder and owner of Exposure Real Estate Media. That's my partner, Ingrid, in the middle next to me along with our daughter and son, Ema and Weston. They mean a lot to me and are a big reason I started this company. Growing up it never was a goal of mine to own my own company, but as you get older you grow wiser, find yourself, and figure out what you really want in life. For me that's safety and security for my family and I, a career that allows self growth to help me reach my personal goals, and to become the best version of myself.
I graduated from Edinburg, IL and Eastern Illinois University in Sport Management and Business Administration. I have over a decade of consumer and business to business sales and marketing experience. I've managed teams upwards of twelve people as well as worked with and helped market Fortune 500 companies. I have three years of experience in Sandler Training, which Forbes magazine recognizes as the world's leader in sales and management development, and it truly changed my life. I'm proficient in the DISC profile which is a personal assessment tool to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. I've also expanded my communication skills with a Crucial Conversations Certificate from O'Shea University. I also love getting involved in the community as I'm a member of the Central Illinois Customer Service Association, a board member for Abe Fest, and have volunteered for the Old Capitol Art Fair, Animal Protective League, and SOHO festival.
Real estate photography has become a real passion of mine in the last couple of years as it fits my DNA and skillsets perfectly as I'm a DISC S Personality Type and a Myers-Briggs INFJ Personality Type. Shooting close to a thousand properties during that time, I've become a fast learner and my drive for self improvement has led me to this next chapter. Exposure Real Estate Media.
